All Sales Are Final on Personalized Items

No Refunds For Rush Orders Which Is Orders Placed Within 2 Weeks 

Because each item at The Uncomin Gift Shop is made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Personalization If we made an error on your personalization (different from what you submitted), we will reprint and reship at no charge. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as we produce items exactly as submitted.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
